Ordered the "free trial" and did not receive ANY information about the product or monthly delivery in the first shipment. I tried it and did not care for the product.
Next thing I know, I'm being charged over $160 for another shipment a month later. Apparently if you don't cancel this within 14 days of your order (you don't receive it that quickly), you are stuck with getting this and paying for it monthly without notification.
I chatted with my credit card carrier, and they said that even if I report a stolen card and get a new card/number, they will continue to charge to the account. I have emailed the company, and will be calling them tomorrow.
