I paid for a ONE TIME purchase of this skin cream. I made sure to call customer service to ENSURE that I was not going to be charged some recurring fee or signing up for a subscription that I didn't want.

The phone agent just kept dodging the question and going on and on about how good the product was and that I wouldn't regret it. Stupidly, I bought the product. A couple weeks later, I was charged $90.00. The EXACT thing I tried to avoid by calling customer service.

When I called to get a refund, the company REFUSED to give me ANY money back. I called within 12 hours of the $90.00 and they said I signed a contract (I didn't) for an ongoing subscription for this skin cream. I offered to send the product back (completely untouched and unused). They STILL REFUSED.

Now I am out $90.00 for a product I didn't really want in the first place.

I don't even want to use it on principal. What a *** company!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Misleading advertisement, Bad experience -charged incorrectly, Total scam.
