Like some of the other reviewers, I just discovered $183 in unauthorized charges for a product I did not order. When I ordered the free sample, I checked carefully to make certain there were no "hidden" agreements, and nothing was said about shipping a product without my approval.

Of course, they claim otherwise. I managed to get the sales rep to take me off their "subscription" list, and they want me to call them when their next shipment arrives, to supposedly give me a credit. Rather than waiting, I'll be going to my bank to report the unauthorized charges and ask for a credit. Why companies revert to deceptive offers is beyond me.

I'm sure there are thousands of other customers experiencing the same fleecing and simply doing nothing about it because of the hassle involved. What a shame!
